Changing rooms are fine. They are universal with stalls to change in, I don't see what the problem is. But the free weight gym is terrible. It's a basement and the ceilings are low and claustrophobic, you can't do muscle ups. There's no ventilation it's just packed and hot and sweaty with no airflow, definitely unsanitary. It's got some windows but they're all sealed shut. Not enough equipment to serve the volume of people there. The lighting is some weird fluorescent office lighting.
