I’ve been trying to see if I can schedule a consult for nearly two months, but I’ve received zero responses back. I’ve used the contact form on the website with both my email and partner’s email, and even called the number several times, but I’d only get a message confirming they got it, then silence. I have had several surgeries here due to breast and appendiceal cancers. These surgeries included DIEP flap (which isn't offered in my home state of WV) and a LAT flap procedure. I have always been extremely pleased with my surgeon, Dr. Chris Campbell, and his staff. His NP Lindsey is friendly and helpful. They are kind, receptive and listen to all my concerns. If you’re reading this, good job! You’re doing your homework and not just taking someone else’s word for it at the UVA breast care center like I did. Dr. Christopher Campbell is an excellent plastic surgeon as long as you don’t encounter an issue. How’s your luck? He misdiagnosed me with complex regional pain syndrome suddenly after an echocardiogram wand got jammed into my left lateral side too hard. I had zero pain previous to the echocardiogram. He said I should have been healed and the echo shouldn’t have mattered. Maybe... read more

I saw Dr. Stranix some time ago, he's wonderful, I recommend him. However, the front office needs to keep their phone lines open until they close. There is no reason patients should be hearing "our office is currently closed" at 4:40pm when your closing hour is 5pm.
