Staff was very professional and friendly. Now, almost 2 weeks after my MRI, neither I nor my PCP have a reading from the radiologist. And the staff has not reached-out to me to explain the delay. But, UVA has sent me 2 feedback requests. I received the latest request about a week after I responded to the first. Inexcusable. What is management thinking?
