Appointment was on time and the staff was very professional. It’s great that they are open late!!
The Ortho Center on Ivy Road was like a 4-star hotel! All it lacked were the fuzzy cotton bathrobe and slippers! The nurses were above and beyond—I would have gladly stayed longer. The surgery was timely and thorough—no complications. Even the food, while simple, was very good.
Chloe, my MRI tech was wonderful! She was extremely caring and patient, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was OK and keep me apprised of the progression of the test. Wanda at the registration desk was cheerful and pleasant, and Candice walked me through the prep and made sure I knew what was next. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with an MRI.
