It's been 17 years. Dr. Helm, what you say to your patients, can alter the way they seek medical care in the future. I hope your ability to show empathy has grown over the years.
I woke up from surgery with my head feeling like it was tearing off of my neck and he told my mom it was mental because there was no way his surgery failed....
Wasted a day of vacation and spent three hours of driving just for him to tell me my insurance would not cover surgery without "therapy" without even sending it to my insurance (even though I was approved for surgery last year) I will not make the same mistake twice. Don't waste your time, he is a poor excuse for a doctor.
I don’t think he even bothered to look at my records, didn’t seem to know why I was there… really!!! Maybe I won’t look at my bill then. I was not impressed!
