Dr Bruno - Worst doctor I ever had. Didn’t know what was going on with me or tests done. Was arrogant with God complex. Listened to him arguing with patient next to me about a medication as if his way was the way and even told him he would state against medical advice. I had pancreatitis symptoms which I know I caught early and in a lot of pain and nausea but since didn’t show on the test he stated it was no longer beneficial or appropriate for me to be there and in essence threw me out. The service is very poor and hard to get help. Been 6 hours waiting
Went there march 2026, the process was quick but 1/2 the staff is super nice and the other half is completely rude to the patients. One staff member laffed at my accent and told me I was just there to scroll Facebook and complain then while I had a bed in the hall some staff was gossiping at the desk and said nobody here is really sick and started talking about how personally they wouldn’t be there unless they really needed help. Hello. First I want to apologize for crying and freaking out. If I came off rude I’m sorry. The doctor and Nurses were nice. I was admitted and it took like so long & I asked I think 3 nurses just to get some Ibuprofen. Then when I’d use the call button the lady who answered was so rude and short. Just like “yeah”. Like ok now it’s 2:00 am. I’ve been here for hours. If yall were truly concerned about me why take this long, let me sleep- with a possible concussion or brain bleed? I’m sorry I freaked out.
