My son seen here March 2019 for testicular pain. Quick intake, friendly and kind treatment, seen quickly, reassured, and discharged with thorough explanation. Good, good folks.
Do NOT go here for any complex urological needs. My daughter's treatment was terrible.
We had a terrible experience with UVA's urology department. After Dr. Costabile performed my husband's surgery, the department became essentially impossible to reach, even though my husband experienced post-op complications! He was finally able to get in to be seen after 5 weeks of trying. Since, we've reached out to the department numerous times with questions and concerns, leaving multiple messages without a single call back. They have the absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Would NOT recommend!
