Went in for a hearing test for my two year old and they were great! Made the appointment on the phone with a nice lady who answered my questions and let me know everything I needed to know. When we got there we didn’t wait long to be called back. I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that performed the hearing test because she was amazing with my daughter! And also very informative! Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Audiology NEVER answers phone calls - if they are closed during normal business hours they should so designate on the phone.
Front Desk was so professional!
I took my toddler in today and it was a wonderful experience. From being directed the moment I walked in the door to the check in who were great as well. Then the great reception in audiology. I am especially enamored by Deb and Melissa who performed the testing on my little guy. Deb is a natural! Melissa and Deb are a great team and must be protected at all costs!!! I now have professional crushes on them. They are that great
