Terrible!!! Had appt in June didnt hear back till June several calls and requests of images for 2nd appt elsewhere since this Dr and staff were inconpetent and unable to use proper patient/dr etiquette (aka a call back and/or mail letter) - still sent improper imaging for appt in August and received images via mail in October. Incredibly incompetent staff. Sad they are apart of the UVA brand bc they certainly do not seem the same caliber of treatment ppl claim UVA offers. Their lack can cause ppl in serious health conditions... read more
Nope!!! This clinic has very poor communications skills. If there is an issue they fail to reach out to in an appropriate amount of time (aka 24-48hrs rather wait over wks) to reschedule without the proper information and miss images completely. They do not care about patients and sluff off important and valuable information aka proper images. Embarrassing that this clinic is apart of the UVA brand. Terrible!!! Do not go here if you are serious about your health.
I have been getting prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for over a decade, and I do my best to be patient with the pharmacy staff. I submitted a refill request to My Chart and it had not been filled and had in fact disappeared from My Chart I called and was told my refill request was denied/canceled because I had gotten a 3 month supply two months ago. Pharma for the masses? I v been picking up monthly meds here for about 17 months and I can tell you there are issues with supply, staffing, & management. 13 window positions and regularly 1, 2, maaaaybe 3 positions open midday & afternoon with 20+ patients in waiting area. I commonly wait 1-2 hours for my number to be called, only to be told not ready we’ll call same number. Unfortunately, my drive distance to UVA does not allow me to come at 3:00 AM when the crowds thin out. Heres a little advise that should not need... read more
