I am greatly disappointed with the recent decisions that have been made concerning these apartments. They advertise that this is for family housing and yet have gone the opposite direction in advocating for families. Residents are no longer able to receive mail at their apartments and instead must trek to another building to show ID, sign and then receive all items anytime from Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm. Rent is extremely high for the level of service provided. The new package system is inconvenient, with Amazon and other deliveries sent to a distant pickup location instead of the building. Cleanliness in Building 796 has also been poor for over a month, and despite contacting management, we have not seen any improvement. There are also very high credit card fees when paying rent. In my experience, the only real advantage of living here is the proximity to the university.

The Good: These apartments are aesthetically pleasing. The Sunnyside staff are polite. Location is superb, and the daycare is close. The Bad: We no longer receive packages at our doors. No DoorDash, no UPS/boxes, no Walmart food orders. Packages are sent to a shipping office that is closed on weekends and only open 8 AM–7 PM Monday–Friday. I rarely leave reviews, and I rarely leave bad reviews, so I hope this is taken seriously and helps influence some changes. The Good: These apartments are aesthetically pleasing. Most of the Sunnyside staff are polite. Location is superb, and the daycare is close. The Bad: There is no ADA access to the first-floor west wing of Building 797. None.
