I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Namara Haq. The level of professionalism, communication, and overall care and consideration fell far below what I would expect from a medical provider. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor.

I am happy that they removed Scott Marshall from the list of their Board of Directors due to the abusive conditions beagles are kept in at his MBR facility. However I am shocked and dismayed to learn that this hospital does its own tests on beagles that are purchased from MBR!! They also do tests on monkeys. I do not recommend going to Any hospital that tortures animals (especially beagles!) I will make sure to spend my money elsewhere. I did a review on the area of Orthopedic Center, because the very disappointed experience I had at the 10 Miracle Mile dr. The Orthopedic Center. I received a call from the office of Patient Relations, and when I called back the person in charge, told me he was no going to listen to me or my concerns. He keep saying that he was not going to listen anymore, it was like 15 seconds and he hang up on me. He did not listen to anything I was just trying to explain.. I live hundreds of miles away from this facility. Someone is fraudulently using my name, date of birth and health insurance to obtain treatment from several physicians billing from this instituon. All attempts to resolve this major issue have been unsuccessful. I am working with my insurance and law enforcement to bring this to a close. Please monitor your health insurance and statement of claims very carefully.

I went to the ER in June of 2024. I have been fighting with the billing department on how to get them paid by insurance for going on 2 years. This hospital sucks as far as the billing department goes. I’ve called and spent hours explaining exactly what they need to do. My insurance says they can’t pay them unless they call. This is getting ridiculous that it’s taken this long. The representative I spoke to this morning was completely rude and dismissive.
