I live hundreds of miles away from this facility. Someone is fraudulently using my name, date of birth and health insurance to obtain treatment from several physicians billing from this instituon. All attempts to resolve this major issue have been unsuccessful. I am working with my insurance and law enforcement to bring this to a close. Please monitor your health insurance and statement of claims very carefully.
I went to the ER in June of 2024. I have been fighting with the billing department on how to get them paid by insurance for going on 2 years. This hospital sucks as far as the billing department goes. I’ve called and spent hours explaining exactly what they need to do. My insurance says they can’t pay them unless they call. This place sucks do not come here. All of the staff are miserable. I have been waiting 4 hours in the ER to get sent back to a room.
