Dr Alsinawi was great. He explained everything that was going on. Took his time with me. I had surgery, he came and talked to me after. I really like him. Everyone their is pretty nice.
Had surgery and was told they'd give me pain medication because they didn't my previous surgery and I was miserable. Three office calls later and they basically told me to screw off so I've been crying in bed all day. Dr. Alvim's nice, but his PAs clearly don't care about their patients.
Unethical place of business and if you want to live go somewhere else. You don’t call patients back and you just leave them hanging. This is not fair. Makes them scared.
The staff were awesome. Everyone was really nice and they listened. Lori Tharp is amazing. She listens well and is both kind and professional.
A different provider every time I go here, they all seem to be competent, but this is an area of health care that is nice to have consistency. Office time being 1.5 hours for a simple pee in a cup kidney stone checkup is beyond unreasonable. Taking people in front of you that arrived after you is disconcerning, in today's digital age, especially with all the bells and whistles that UPMC has, you would think if they're running behind, they can let you know that beforehand, to keep things moving along smoothly.
