I graduated from UNL earning degrees in English and History, including a Ph.D. I returned last week to help take care of mom. I opened an account. When I asked questions Jacobi was rude and flippant. When I asked to speak with a manager, the female weekend teller said there was no manager on the weekends and refused to share she and Jacobi's supervisors email or phone number. I will be joining another credit union Monday.
I have been a proud UNL graduate and long-time NUFCU member since 2016 and have always had a perfect payment history across all of my accounts. Unfortunately, I recently experienced an isolated late payment issue during an address change and never became aware of the delinquency until much later, at which point I immediately paid the balance in full. Spencer Leiting was VERY VERY helpful...easy to talk to, answered all my questions, very personable, friendly, and professional. Location was welcoming, plenty of parking, easy to find the entrance, clean and well-lit inside. I was greeted immediately.
We love Spencer very much, I love and miss very much working with sue and the lady that moved to Texas a couple of years ago.
