My child goes to the peds allergy and immunology clinic there on Lakeland. You can NEVER directly get to the people you're trying to contact. It does NO good to leave a message for a reason you're calling because they will not contact you back. I hate my child went through his 1st cycle of allergy shots for nothing because i refuse for him to start his cycle over. I can't put up with this anymore. This is for the urgent clinic. My baby came the other day and the doctor that waited on her said she didn't have anything going on with her but when I looked at MyChart it was about 4 or 5 things abnormal. None of this was mentioned to me. Doctors just don't care like they use to. It's all about that dollar. I should have went to corner clinic. My girls won't be back here anymore.
Desde el 2021 me mudé a Texas, me piden a la escuela la tarjeta de vacunación de mi bebé, yo llame y llame a esta clínica y nunca me mandaron mi orden que pedía, y me cuesta comunicarse con ellos directamente, porque cuando llamo hay muchas opciones, así que por eso tendría que viajar ? Que mal servicio!
They have no idea how to transfer to any one in their company. I’ve been shuffled around and have been told something different each time I’ve called. Pitiful.
Worst experience! Felt so rushed because they were about to close and they make it clear in every sentence they said. They had zero concerns for helping my 3 year old. Would never go back. Would rather wait in the emergency room all night.
