Desde el 2021 me mudé a Texas, me piden a la escuela la tarjeta de vacunación de mi bebé, yo llame y llame a esta clínica y nunca me mandaron mi orden que pedía, y me cuesta comunicarse con ellos directamente, porque cuando llamo hay muchas opciones, así que por eso tendría que viajar ? Que mal servicio!
They have no idea how to transfer to any one in their company. I’ve been shuffled around and have been told something different each time I’ve called. Pitiful.
Worst experience! Felt so rushed because they were about to close and they make it clear in every sentence they said. They had zero concerns for helping my 3 year old. Would never go back. Would rather wait in the emergency room all night.
Carried my 12 year old for ekg and echo. Everyone was fast and friendly. Explained things in a way he could understand. Dr Weiland and the resident Dr were so good and got is all the paperwork we needed for him. Highly recommend.
