Awful! Don’t go here period. Staff is rude, act entitled and horrible experience. I went to the northville location to reduce drive time to Ann Arbor for weekly visits and will be changing all future appointments. First three interactions identical
I'm sure they are fine once you get past the administrative people. But man, I have never talked to people so unenthusiastic about their jobs as this place. 0 help, 0 patient advocacy. Just lazy.
