I would like to thank the guest assistance program for how they help so many people in providing extra services for those in need. I have gone to them for helping a friend. They work very hard to make sure that underserved patients at MI Medicine get access to the benefits needed. A huge shout out to Shae M. I have been to this ER and hospital with loved ones more times than I’d care to admit. Wait times can be long, but there is no other hospital I would recommend higher, and I have been to the majority of them. We are always treated with respect and kindness, and receive top notch care every time. The entire team is nothing short of wonderful. I honestly question anything less than a 5 star rating.

I'm only giving three because my nurses and physical therapy people were so wonderful. I had to have surgery 9 years ago because i had precancerous polyps in my large intestine so my surgeon Dr Byrne made me a j pouch to act as a colon to hold my stool and i was using an ostomy for 3 months. He did a crappy job with my stoma now years later thinking it would be a better outcome now that the ostomy is permanent. My stoma still isn't right, is more towards the top instead of more in the middle. When they closed me up they got ... read more
