I had the pleasure of undergoing a treadmill echo stress test this week. Katlyn was my tech. She ran a perfect test with excellent results. Katlyn was kind, reassuring, and professional. She was joined by Tom the Echo Tech who did a splendid job as well-quick and efficient. They worked well together as a team. I would go back there in a heartbeat (pun intended)
Customer service is AWEFUL never had an issue and I never leave reviews but the woman I spoke with on the phone was horrible. Completely rude when I asked her to read to me what she is going to relay back to the doc. And that seemed to upset her bc I corrected her on something. She got a nasty attitude when I called her rude and requested to speak with someone else. She xfered me to an operator when I was speaking with someone else in heart and vascular .
