Our facility is also open to the public through memberships and boasts features such as cardio and weight areas, indoor elevated track, gymnasium, racketball courts, pool & sauna/jacuzzi, fitness classes, & more... all to help you get and stay in shape.

Full size gym, pickleball Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. ..pool , weight rooms , track, treadmills.. great place to work out. Must have a membership or if you're a senior and your medical insurance offers " silver sneakers, " They accept that . If you join they give you a parking pass And membership card. Don't have to be a student or employee to join.

This is great to have in downtown Flint for students so they can keep in shape all year around. Flint Culture Center Academy is having gym classes here a few days a week as well. Every minute that you exercise you add a minute to your Life. That's what they say. To a Healthy future.
