Came in for a 1:15 appointment, arrived 10 min early sat for over an hour in lobby before being called back to see Dr for about a 5 min visit. The doctor is awesome but appointments are doubled booked and ridiculous wait time. Made me late for another appointment that was schedule for 3 pm. Spent over an 1 hour and 40 min total in this offfice for what ended up just being less than 10 min visit.
Really disappointed with the quality of care at this location. Appointments constantly being cancelled because there are no providers. And appt times changed without notice. I've been coming here for years and the last year has been very frustrating to deal with this office. It's unreliable.
