i thought it was a good idea to come here since it didn't cost to much to receive counseling service but i am completely disappointed my therapist sounded like she was reading from a Manuel and i never improved on my issues. i think its better to go to a real therapist not some student trainee.

The student therapist is more concerned with finishing their required training then working with the client. Lots of obvious coping skills no actual help. I stop going to the clinic because i noticed The therapist was mocking me. I guess she didn't like me but it's not the first time ive seen it. You get a feeling something isn't right when some people in the clinic look at you funny and in my last session i confirmed it as soon as i left i overheard her making a caricature of something i said in session to the receptionist.... read more

Great mental health services! It's really helped me work on my negative thinking patterns and be a mentally healthier and happier person.
