Dr. Kimberly Bennett ( Internal medicine ). Holy Cross medical group. Made us feel very relaxed and comfortable and gave us her full attention to our concerns. I highly recommend her since is not easy to find a caring Doctor these days.
I like not having to wait a month to see the a doctor. I have been seen by the residents who have been very thorough. They take time to listen. They have also been very responsive when i have a need.
Very disorganized. Spent over half an hour on the phone being transferred to multiple different people, just trying to get a simple prescription filled. I had my first physical a few weeks ago and I let the doctor know all the prescriptions I was taking. Fast forward to now when I try to get the Rx filled, they tell me they have no record of the Rx and I have to make a new appointment to be seen? Feels scammy to me, it's not my fault they didn't record my prescriptions accurately. And if I didn't need this prescription asap ... read more
