Scheduling is a nightmare.
This is the worse I sat on hold for 20 minutes for the lady to tell she had send my information to the front desk to schedule my appointment smh. I am so frustrated with these doctors offices and the layers and hoops a person has to jump to set an appointment
My wife is a cancer survivor, and her appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. We checked in promptly at 9:40 a.m., yet we sat in the lobby completely alone for over an hour before being seen. For a patient who has already endured so much, waiting this long without explanation is both disheartening and unacceptable.
