Waited for an hour just to be seen. Sat in the waiting room, completely alone for over 30 minutes, while at least 3 other people came out throughout that time. Terrible wait times. Stop telling people to come at a certain time just to always be ‘slightly running behind’ its a major inconvenience to peoples schedules.
I have been coming to this facility for years, but this is the first time I've ever encountered anything negative. I received a text message the day before my scheduled appointment and confirmed..Upon arrival, however, I was informed I was an hour early! As it turns out, the xray equipment was down, had been down for over a month, and no one had informed me. Very friendly staff. Facility is always clean, quite, and peaceful. Never have a long wait.
