I had a really great experience at University of Maryland Charles Regional Imaging. Devin at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Even though I arrived a few minutes late, they still got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. I had to get my first MRI done for a knee injury and had quite a process finding an imaging place with availability (most places had a months long wait). University of Maryland Charles Regional Imaging was able to get me in within 10 days and the woman I spoke to to schedule my appointment was so kind and helpful. The front desk person is rude and shouldn’t be the front woman as the first person customers see as a representation of your facility. She is rude and sounds/acts like she has a score to settle and is not good for people to deal with while we are all experiencing these kinds of exams and circumstances. I was there on feb 24.
