I don't know why anyone would leave a bad review about the UL School of Dentistry. I've been there a few times and never have had a problem. They have treated my issue quickly with no problems. Crystal is a fantastic dental assistant and is very friendly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and I probably won't ever go to another dentist. They tell you they are going to call to setup and appointment them they don't call so when you call back they say they called you but you cell phone has no missed call for the las t month so you then asked what date and time they call but they can not tell you and yhe lady on the second floor dental is very rude
First appointment was an assessment. Second appointment X-rays, impressions. Discussed treatment plan, and was told they would contact me to set up appointments for treatment. After two weeks had pass, no one contacted me. So, I called office twice and was told my past dentist (private practice) would not release me as a patient. Only reason for switching office was high cost and no insurance. So, I choose u of l for dental services.
