Normally I can get threw to get an appointment but man my jaw is killing me n been needing to get a tooth pulled n where it was flooded it was closed yesterday n said it b open today well I been calling n no one has been answering.

It is with a heavy heart that I leave this review. My kiddo has been being seen at U of L School of Dentistry since 2021. He has a phenomenal 5 ☆ team for the first few years. Butler (pediatric dentistry) , Dr. Spiller and Patel (ortho) were amazing. They took such good care of my boy. Unfortunately his "dentist" and "orthodontist" both graduated. It has been down hill ever since. His care has falling through the cracks and no one gives two rats. They tell me over and over someone will call me. I am told constantly they "nee... read more

Tried to get an appointment with school of dentistry 10 months ago tried to call numerous times was hung up on or they said they would call back nope they just ignored me. Still haven’t gotten it fixed because I have no insurance and they send me a txt today my appointment was cancelled due to weather. It being a school you would think they would take care of their patients. They are completely incompetent as far as I am concerned. Who lets people wait I. Pain for almost a year?

Had a great experience with my assigned dental student (I think his name is Trevor) he was incredible. He made me feel so comfortable. He’s going to be the best dentist!
