Atrocious staff and terrible communicators. Take forever to get back to you, treat you not like a patient (ironic that we’re called patients), but more like a textbook. Stay far, far away.
Today I was greeted at the front desk by Janelle and Jessica who keep the atmosphere so Joyful. I had a kinda difficult retreat root canal with an extra hidden canal and Dr David Long was the greatest Dr. He thoroughly explained in detail what would occur and the possibilities once he got in to see exactly what was going on. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was confident the entire time I was in good hands. His assistant was also helpful and friendly. Never answer calls! But staff is so nice and thr head lady on the floor was awesome
Terrible. They never answer the phone. I have been trying to call for weeks now. I had to reschedule my daughter’s appointment and no answer to reschedule. Supposed to get braces off and can’t get ahold of anyone. Would not recommend this place.
