The pharmacy staff is great, especially the Specialty Pharmacy employee, Leslie. She is amazing, kind, caring, helpful and empathetic. The medical field needs more people like her. The one and only complaint i have is that turn about drive way, meant for pick ups and drop offs. There are vehicles that park there for sometimes an hour, making it impossible to get into the drive to pick up meds. Or for anyone else to pull in and sometimes to get out, due to it being a one lane driveway and how people park. They should have sec... read more
Extremely slow. Even if they call your prescriptions in, they will wait until you walk up to the window to even start filling them. It's a great way to take something that should take 5 minutes and turn it into an hour. This is my second and final trip. There will be no more.
Very nice and timely service
UofL Employees are required to get their prescriptions at a UofL Pharmacy, but they have made it close to impossible to pick up prescriptions. The hours of operation are ridiculous!! South Jackson is now closed on Saturdays! Just Great. Rating: A big fat "0"
