I was in car wreck and was plowed into. My car totalled and my foot fractured with other heel crushed. I was received in ER and taken very good care of. The nurses were great, especially Rachel who went out of her way to help me get a walker and allowed me to demonstrate I could use it safely. The ortho doctors were incredibly thorough. I cant say enough good things about how well I was treated by housekeeping, the nursing assistants and everyone. I suggest going to UofL if badly injured.
Worst experience in anyone's life.
The way this place treats people is sinful.Let a 91 year old man leave there bleeding everywhere ,didn’t seem to know how to clean the blood off of him .Didnt notify his family he was there by himself,wouldn’t tell how he got there.They also did some things right for which I am grateful and a few of the students were amazing ,just unprepared.He should have been admitted as is on a blood thinner and keeps bleeding and has t stopped,is very disoriented.He didn’t even know where he was.
Such a wonderful experience. My RN, two Doctors, Sane nurse, DV advocate, and the two year 4 students that stitched me up were amazing. Can’t recommend my experience enough.
