I've been coming to this practice since 2019 and it's mostly been without issue. All of the receptionists I've spoken to have been really helpful and the majority of the different GPs I've spoken to have been great. However, I recently tried to get rereferred to a psychiatrist as it is very clear when I originally spoke to them they did not listen to a single word I said. Rude, discriminatory reception staff that don’t even let you see a doctor or care about your wellbeing, stay at your home doctors if you’re attending the uni here. Would score less than a star if I could.
Problems don’t get taken seriously. Constantly asked to see a doctor as I’m having a constant misdiagnosis problem and always get booked in with a rude nurse after being reassured I’m booked in with a doctor. One nurse told me that if my condition carried on they’re refer me to the hospital, when going back again the next nurse told me she was “afraid” to refer me to the hospital as she didn’t want to “be laughed at” - I was having chest pains.
