I have only ever had one helpful experience out of this place and that was from a very nice female receptionist who helped me sort out my missing prescription (an issue that has since repeated). You will wait for hours on the phone to get to someone only for them to be moody and unhelpful and send you away feeling frustrated. I have been a member of this GP since 2021, the receptionist staff are really rude and speak to you as if you are an inconvenience rather than a patient. I have medication that I cannot go without otherwise I get really unwell, I put my prescription in a week before its due to run out as this is the earliest I can do. Every month it is delayed because of the GP refusing to accept the repeat prescription request, then I have to call 111 for my meds as the receptionist staff refuse to help me and the pharmacist that served me ... read more
I never knew this was part of the Heart of Lincoln Medical Group. They had a last appointment here which I took. Receptionists seem very pleasant and the doctor that saw me was a very nice lady. First time coming here so if ever back I’ll see if I still receive a first class service like I did today.
