One of the front desk staff was so rude. I waiting like 2+hours for the tests. I came in when no one was there and I wait the longest. For a simple easy test, it shouldn’t take that long when I come in first. Everyone else name call while they come in before me. The worst experience and will never try to come here ever again.
This center has improved its customer service.
If I could give negative stars I would. However, Went to urgent care here 4 excruciating back pain. Next thing I know they're telling me that I have covid symptoms. Literally lying saying that I said I had a cough, loss of taste and I never said none of those things. The nurse practitioner Kacy Warner didn't even examine my back just pressed on my stomach. I would not recommend Dr. Segal. He is not at all thorough. I went to him initially for foot and ankle pain. He recommended me to a study that he was doing for ankle pain. I qualified and went through with the procedure. It failed miserably leaving me in more pain and not being able to feel my heal, toes, or skin. The follow up from that procedure has been horrible. Been trying to get ahold of someone to get a copy of my child's medical records for almost 3 weeks now. I have left mine and my child's information, what I need and what I need it for and asked them to at least call me back. Haven't received even ONE call back. I did get ahold of someone once that said they would email me the forms to fill out to be able to get the records and they never sent it. Super frustrating!
