My child had an orthodontist appointment with Dr. M. Callan. I would like to share some feedback about one of the staff members who assisted us during the visit. The lady who was in the treatment room was not very professional or patient in the way she interacted with us. I believe patients and the family members who accompany them should be treated with kindness, respect, and patience. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients and their families.for more information please contact me.
I would recommend the University of Iowa College of Orthodontics 10/10 times! The entire process is smooth from the first evaluation, to scheduling, to the thorough explanations, to their meticulous executions- they are truly the best! Keep up the great work!
I will NEVER take my child back to this orthodontics. Not only did they not send in documents need for the braces they need. They tell me that it will be 3 more months till the She Would even get to it! Ridiculous.
