Moved out state and the thing I miss most is the convenience and helpfulness from this hospital! The best! Had 2 kids here and numerous visits!
If I could give 0 starts I 100% would. My sister in law is currently staying at the hospital, and it took AN HOUR for a nurse to reply to her. My sister in law just had a BIG surgery and was in pain. We had to call the hospital ourselves before anyone went to check on her, and when a nurse did finally check on her, she said and I do quote “We aren’t going to do this all night.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior coming from the nurse.
Horrible ER. Sat in hallway for over 24 hrs. Hadn’t been spoken to by a doctor about results in over 12 hrs. Vitals are not taken regularly. Maybe every 12 hours. Ignored, walked past as if we didnt exist. HIPAA violations all in the hallway, Not even offered a blanket till 24 hrs after being here. No beds to be admitted to. Not told what testing was being done or results afterward.
