This is where Dr. Patrick William Hitchon was allowed to intentionally paralyze me, lie to me and hide my medical records. The UIHC allowed Dr. Hitchon to destroy my life.
I have come to the clinics and I have had surgery at University of Iowa Hospital. The doctors are outstanding and the staff are marvelous. I seriously have no negative comments to say at all. I have been coming up here for 23 years
Dr. Callaghan is an arrogant doctor, he took out an infected hip and didn't want to put a new one in because my being was to big. He knew this going into everything. He needs to understand that not everyone is a toothpick.
Dr. Patrick William Hitchon destroyed my life with his surgical errors. The hospital helped him cover his errors by refusing to release my medical records. He is an arrogant surgeon who paralyzed me for life. His error could have been corrected but his arrogance stopped led him to lie to cover his errors. I have not been able to run, jog, roller skate, water ski, dance, hike, bowl, rock climb, or do anything even close because of Dr. Hitchon. He is paid over 1 MILLION dollars each year. Do NOT trust this hospital. They refused to release my medical records to hide the malpractice of Dr. Patrick W. Hitchon. My leg is paralyzed for life because of Dr. Patrick Hitchon. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
