This has been an awful experience. I wouldn't recommend coming here for any emergency unless you are being brought via lifeflight or ambulance. If you just want to walk in and be seen, even if directed by your doctor that called in advance to say you were coming, you'd better plan on spending at least 6-8 hours in the waiting room without being seen. No regards to comfort and wellbeing. No consideration for pain management. This is awful.
Took 8 hours to accommodate me. Will never be coming back.
Been here over 7 hours and still have not been seen!!! Do better University
This place is an absolute joke to be seen at. They stick you in the “infusion area” when your in extreme, god awful pain just to ignore you, while the person next to you is getting immediate care complaining of “pain” while eating, playing on his Nintendo switch, phone, etc…getting up every 10 minutes to go to the vending machine to get more food while I am in tears and being ignored. Not to mention the MASSIVE breech of my personal health information because the doctor sits there WITH EVERY OTHER PATIENT IN THE INFUSION ARE... read more
