The physical and occupational therapists and nurses were kind and helpful and I felt well taken care of. They will push you to heal but it will be worth it. You're in good hands with Encompass/University of Iowa Rehab.
Staff were great. The facility was great. So why was the food so bad? We wanted fresh veggies. Not dried chicken on a plate!
The staff are best part of the experience. They're very caring and easy to work with even the difficult PT and OT procedures. It's hard to believe but even the food was wonderful. Thank you all for everything!
Super warm positive staff. Great therapy. Good food.
