Appointment take an awful long time to obtain. PRAY IF YOU THINK GETTING A CPAP MACHINE IS EASY. Doctors very nice and Profesional but most patients just won't do what they are told wasting everyone's time. Staff is on the ball but no longer take cash for payments. Sleeping beds are firm and bed bug proof they are a level above prison cots. HOPEFULLY YOU WEAR YOUR CPAP MASK AND ADD A FEW YEARS TO YOUR LIFE. PARKING IS HORRIBLE AND THE LOT ISNT FOR PATIENTS. DEALT WITH RACISM!!! Called to schedule an appointment & the next available was a year later. After waiting a year to be seen. I show up to the appointment & both receptionist were busy with other patients. I waited my turn patiently. They’re finally done & I’m the only patient waiting to get checked in. I stood in line waiting and a few minutes, later Rosa (Hispanic) tells me in Spanish she will be right with me. I didn’t reply just continued to wait. My first time doing a sleep study, and I can say the experience was pleasant, fast attention and Kindness. Kay was amazing she was very sweet and caring. She made me feel comfortable. I woke up in the middle of the night and she came to check on me to see if I was okay. Thank you Kay.
