They charged me to have my new credit card sent there to assure security, then instead of sending it to my local branch they sent it to another town that I do not live in. The manager needs training in customer service, the tellers were great though.
Noel arranged the appointment to suit our time. and explained what are the documents we needed and make it simple. Very professional and friendly felt like I know him for a long time. The team was very efficient and we were very pleased with the service. Nice to Have people like Noel working for uhfcu. also all the others working their are Very friendly and treat you like a family.
Just recently came in with a bunch of headache problems with my banking on my end… Luckily Noel was there to help me with it. Highly recommended him for any questions and problems. Works very efficiently!
