I think I been here once and didn't get the care I needed but I definitely will not have my baby here someday I have it at childrens instead
If you're looking for an OB-Gyn clinic that will treat you like a valued patient or even a human being, this is not the place. The one doctor I've seen there seemed nice, but the clinic itself is so so difficult to interact with. There is literally no way to contact the doctors or clinic by phone. You have to call UC's call center and someone there will send them a message (they can't reach the clinic, either). Then you can wait for them to contact you when it's convenient for them. Would not see me because THEIR front desk ladies took a while to check me in. I arrived before my 15 minute grace period (on top of the crazy traffic and no parking because of construction) . I went through a lot to make it to this appointment . I stood , and waited to be checked in and by the time someone did they wouldn’t see me . No fair at all to the patient who fought hard to make it here in the allowed time. They cared absolutely nothing about my needs and didn’t care to assist in getting the situation handled.
