This place is the worst. I pray other emergency rooms in the city are not like this. Very poor service when you try to get patient update. They also transfer you via phone anywhere to get rid of you.

The medical team was awesome but it’s the nastiest ER we have ever been in!! They should have a staff member constantly keeping it clean since there is so many people coming and going!! What is going on!!

My husband was sent to this Emergency room by his primary care doctor. He has some serious medical issue going on. He is currently still there. I am writing this review because I am honestly saddened by the two ladies who were checking people in at the Emergency room front dest this evening. I witnessed them both talking about patients negatively and openly in front of the whole waiting room (which was packed). I watched one of them treat several people very poorly .
