The exam I received from my doctor and conversation I had with my provider was excellent but I don't trust my results and as a result don't believe I should recommend this practice. Last fall I saw a neurologist and I was told I had issues over MyChart that led me to be concerned for my health even though there was no follow up call. Don’t waste your time. The physicians pick and choose who they want to see. I have a patient who has a traumatic brain injury and received approval to be seen as he was a workman’s comp case. Apparantly the approval means nothing bc when we got to the appointment they refused to see us even when the account noted approval. The healthcare system is so awful and people who are desperate for answers are tossed to the side.
Worst experience of my life. I had a spinal tap done over a week ago. I was told my neurologist would be in contact with me after the procedure to go over the results. I was in extreme pain when sitting and called my neurologist, Dr. Mendelson's office several times to get something for pain as well as a note for work without a response. Then over a week later I get a call stating I'll be seeing a different neurologist, but still no response regarding my results.
