Very little empathy or care for the fact that my seizure like episodes are ruining my life, barely any treatment. This clinic is terrible. I’m switching my care.
The exam I received from my doctor and conversation I had with my provider was excellent but I don't trust my results and as a result don't believe I should recommend this practice. Last fall I saw a neurologist and I was told I had issues over MyChart that led me to be concerned for my health even though there was no follow up call. Don’t waste your time. The physicians pick and choose who they want to see. I have a patient who has a traumatic brain injury and received approval to be seen as he was a workman’s comp case. Apparantly the approval means nothing bc when we got to the appointment they refused to see us even when the account noted approval. The healthcare system is so awful and people who are desperate for answers are tossed to the side.
