This hospital is one of the reasons why Healthcare in America is so messed up. How in the world can they charge $2,500 for a blood test to tell you you're low on B12. Highway robbery. Biggest mistake I ever made was coming here. They continue to show why this is the worst hospital, now they charge my insurance company $400 for a B12 shot, reported it and 3 weeks later they still have done nothing about it.
Dr. Mohammed kept us waiting for over 1 1/2 hours, never apologized, told us he was late because he has "sick patients" inferring that my daughter was not. He had absolutely no idea why we were there as he didn't review her records. He kept asking if we wanted to reschedule and would not address my disabled daughter by name, only nodding his head towards her and referring to her as "they" as in a general person with Down Syndrome. I go to the cancer center every two weeks for infusion and Buddy (Bud) Is the best nurse there! My experience with him is top-notch: he's very knowledgeable, very experienced, very professional, has a very positive attitude, and always answers all my questions and if I don't understand his answer, he'll explain it further until I do understand it.
