Was able to have my procedure done in a timely fashion.
ER experience only September23, 7am-7am Sept 24th. High bp & forehead contusion. Wait times are comparable to County hospital. Calling patients multiple times for different things, ridiculous. Constantly asking staff for explanations of what's happening. (5 stars to-The head attending black ER doctor was magnificent, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient.) I understand nurses & doctors are over worked & often unappreciated but you're taking care of people when they're at their worst, you all choose this care... read more
