I have type 1 diabetes and have been seeing the endocrinology team here for a couple years now, and I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable with my care than with them!!! I see Dr Hassan, and Dr Kunjal, and the way they talk to me like a human being, and not some test subject who never does well with her health, is just amazing!! I love my doctor at the Orland Park office; however, I am frustrated with the billing practices of the lab at that facility. During a doctor's visit, the Physician Assistant administered a COVID swab, and a week later, I received a bill for $880.00 for a service I could have gotten at CVS or Walgreens for much less. I saw a neurologist at this clinic about a month ago and I still feel very frustrated. Although, he was very nice, and the neurology resident who attended me as well, I felt completely dismissed. I had been in a serious car accident which resulted in a ringing in my ears.
