Nice clinic. Doctors, nurses, and staff are polite and friendly. Parking is easy. Definitely beats going through a huge hospital.
Wait time is insane. They are not busy at all. Had my mother sitting an exam room for 4 hours. No updates, just sitting and waiting.

Dr. Defrates and the staff at Child Life Center have been nothing but kind, caring, helpful and professional for the 5+ years I've been taking my kids here! I especially appreciate that Dr. Defrates works and waits to see what is really going on before pushing meds at a problem.
My son been a patient at Child Life Center since he was born in 2003. Dr. Roome has been his physician until he left. My son went for a wellness visit in 2021. The receptionist refuse to give the doctor his Disability Identification form unless he sees the doctor. They have no appointment until next year. My son has been label with Autism since he was two. They must be really hard up for my $20 copayment and the money from the insurance company.
