I saw Dr Tong and was holding back tears the entire appointment. He was so rude and didn’t believe any of my symptoms or conditions, which I had complete documentation to prove.
Dr Tong didn't let me speak. He questioned if I had a job and where I lived like I was being judged by him. He didn't do what I requested because I never had a chance to tell him even though I implied it. I felt rushed and left on impulse after 3 minutes. Luckily I didn't have to pay since it's bulk billed. I'd recommend seeing Dr Sangavai who listened and was cordial.
Amazing GP’s, friendly staff, highly recommend.
Dr Tong was excellent when I saw him, today Friday 30 June. Staff were kind, too.
