OCT 3 2025 These two UCSF doctors, Dr Manish Aghi and Dr Alexander Lin were negligent and did not follow standard safety practices during my surgery. Instead of leaving my hair protected inside the provided sterile surgical cap, they saturated all of my hair in copious amounts of antibiotic saline solution for 4 long hours during my surgery causing severe breakage to all 36 inches of my healthy hair…..damage so severe it can’t be undone. The environment in the office was professional but also welcoming. The process was explained step by step, and I never felt rushed. The staff treated me with respect, and I could see the same attitude toward others waiting in line. The facilities were clean, and the air conditioning made the long wait bearable. I left feeling that the office values efficiency and customer service.
literally went to the ER 3 times in the same week. The last time I went they said I was suffering from a tia stroke BUT SENT ME HOME the next day I HAD A MAJOR STROKE where I couldn't move at all or talk. THANK GOODNESS FOR CPMC. I literally loathe ucsf
