Worst experience ever — do not go here. I was told I would only be responsible for a copay for an ultrasound that was ordered by my urologist at UCI. I had the ultrasound done at this facility and paid a $25 copay at the time of service. Later, I received a bill for $1,200. I was informed that the doctor submitted the wrong billing code, and the staff initially acknowledged the error and told me they would correct it. However, they are now refusing to fix the mistake. Terrible place — stay away. I was told I’d only pay a $25 copay for an ultrasound ordered by my UCI urologist. After the exam, they suddenly billed me $1,200. They admitted the doctor used the wrong billing code and promised to fix it — then refused. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Never go here.
Edited my review from previous experience I had with someone completely different. Had excellent communication from Alana through messages and calls, and also Elanie who was great with helping me schedule and accomodating.
Women who picked up the phone was rude and condescending. Especially when speaking about a health condition, laughing at the person is not appropriate. I called this number at roughly 3:57pm today. They referred to Jessica Yi in the irvine location which is fine, but their attitude when picking up the phone was very disappointing and humiliating.
I'm sorry, I'm writing this review but this time I m really frustrated after being patient more than one year . However the nurses whom usually doing the procedure are really nice and helpful with front desk receptionists but I'm not satisfied with the service provided by this department of UCI . It seems impossible to get an appointment for DR. It takes up to two or three months for a procedure appointment.
