Worst experience ever — do not go here. I was told I would only be responsible for a copay for an ultrasound that was ordered by my urologist at UCI. I had the ultrasound done at this facility and paid a $25 copay at the time of service. Later, I received a bill for $1,200. I was informed that the doctor submitted the wrong billing code, and the staff initially acknowledged the error and told me they would correct it. However, they are now refusing to fix the mistake. Terrible place — stay away. I was told I’d only pay a $25 copay for an ultrasound ordered by my UCI urologist. After the exam, they suddenly billed me $1,200. They admitted the doctor used the wrong billing code and promised to fix it — then refused. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Never go here.
