Makes you pay $11 for a drop in but doesn’t let you borrow a basketball and says that after I pay, like I came to play basketball and you have 10 basketballs back there, all because I don’t have a unicard? Won’t even accept my ID
Great place to train, never a problem and very fair. Great environment
The facilities are great, but where are they getting these people at the Active Living desk? They consistently look annoyed for even approaching them, and can often be just flat out rude. I get that working can be hard and frustrating at times, but why do clients have to feel it? There needs to be a serious discussion about how Active Living views and treats their clientele. Walk a couple steps to the Outdoor Centre or the weight room and you see completely different behaviour. Come on, now.
