Had a wisdom tooth removed. The front desk staff were lovely and very welcoming. My appointment was in the afternoon and I was called in right on time. The dentist and the dental nurse were really lovely they explained the procedure to me and made sure I was ok as they could see I was nervous. Horrendous place to find disabled parking. The few designated blue badge bays are full from 7:30am most weekdays. Other parking is the on street metered pay and display, but these bays are nearly always full most week days
Bad service the worst ever in the world history I have seen
They do far too many unnecessary appointments when they could be diagnosing an issue in one or two appointments. I had a scan which wasn’t pleasant in the slightest and the whole crew were patronising, they had 5 members of staff looking at my cyst while they were injecting a needle. There were no results from this scan which was meant to be efficient, I have no answers from this place and they don’t even send you important result letters either, so don’t trust these people or the nhs, you’re better off dealing with it priva... read more
