Had a great experience with student employee Emma, who helped me vastly with my CatCard. She displayed great professionalism and went out of her way to make things more convenient for me as a customer.
Everything is broke or falling apart these days. They ran out of out of order signs and it takes 6-8wks for a simple repair. Hours shift to much. Many days they close early or just close altogether. Staff members are a joke. They can't answer questions, are unproffunprofe, and just talk on their phones. You can just park your scooter near the equipment apparently.
This place is Fantastic. Clean, quiet, very well equipped, and open to the public at very reasonable prices.
