The nurses we saw for my mom's appointment were very nice. The 2 we saw both made you feel comfortable and were patient and understanding.
Diagnosing people and then NOT referring them to the appropriate clinic is a giant waste of healthcare money and a waste of patience time not to mention Cruel.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this clinic. I go for followup regularly and they are always so on top of things from bookings, answering my questions, and just overall ensuring my health is being genuinely taken care of.
