Pool and the facility is great but I had such a terrible experience with front desk staff. Very unhelpful, and rude. Although coming to pool regularly with my 5 years old son, on one occasion I forgot the one card, and guess what… I was denied entry. That makes sense. But I showed my scanned copy and and asked to verify my identity in the system but no one bothered to look at it. Just one robotic answer “I need physical card”. Well maintained pool with shallow to slow and fast lane. Changing room and locker facilities are good and clean.
