It's okay. The shared living space/bathroom idea seems flawed to me. A kitchen on each floor is a nice feature of this hall. Having south facing windows wall to wall of each room over the entire summer got tiring quickly between the near constant sunlight and heat. Sadly, it could be your only summer housing option. Overall fine to stay in but single rooms are still preferable.

I stayed in this dormitory while pursuing my graduate degree in Geology at the university. Then rooms was well maintained and warm in the winter. That is important especially when it is -40 degrees F out side. I only stayed there one year but remember that it was a good place to start your university experience.
