If I could give this care center 0 stars I would. I had such a horrible experience coming here. First off, the woman working at the front desk tried arguing with me; accusing me of telling her that I didn’t need an ultra sound done when I specifically set this appointment up to get an ultra sound done. I highly would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worse enemy. They are very insensitive.

I had to call 3 times just to re-schedule my appointment. Long wait on the phone lines. Calling their office is ridiculous. They need a better system to get in touch with the office.

I've been going here for like 20 years and the Drs are knowledge and kind however the office keeps canceling my appointments the day of with only hours notice, telling me they have nothing available and rescheduling for several months out, only to cancel again. The office staff is rude about the whole ordeal and basically say sorry we have lots of patients so we cant help you and have to cancel day of and cant guarantee appointments. Like what?! I'm done.

Been trying to see a doctor here since September but they’ve cancelled all of the three appointments they’ve scheduled me for! It’s very difficult to get through to them. I wait on hold for an absurd amount of time when I have to call them back after their message to cancel my appointment. And they keep cancelling on the DAY OF or the day before! this time, I waited on hold and finally pressed 7 to leave a message and tell them to forget it. I’m going somewhere else.

Didn’t even get the chance to go to a new patient appointment because my appointment was cancelled at 2am. First all it takes you about 20 minutes to get a person on the phone. Now my appointment was scheduled weeks ago and I’m told that I was schedule with a doctor who 1. Isn’t taking new patients and 2. New patients don’t have appointments until June.
